退貨及退款政策

請閣下於使用Mr.MIX Catering半唐番到會服務前仔細閱讀以下條款。若閣下使用本公司服務或透過本公司購買任何產品,均自動代表閣下已同意所有條款。若閣下對條款有任何疑問或不同意之處,請向本公司職員查詢。

 

  1. 顧客需在確認訂單所列明的到達時間前後半小時內於送貨地點領取食品,否則司機將因應情況而收取額外等候費,或有權送還食品於本公司。本公司不會就此作出任何改期、重新製作到會食品或退款。

 

  1. 如在任何特別情況下(需得到本公司書面同意),以致活動未能按照原定計劃及時間進行,請於到會日期前最少7個工作天通知本公司,已付費用可保留3個月作訂餐之用,逾期作廢,所有已繳付的款項將不獲退款。

 

  1. 有關惡劣天氣安排,「惡劣天氣」是指8號或以上颱風訊號生效、黑色暴雨警告訊號生效,或其他可見或可預料情況發生,而導致食品製作及送遞受到阻礙的天氣狀況。在惡劣天氣情況下,本公司將停止送貨服務,客戶的到會訂單可改期一次,並需在6個月內使用,逾期作廢。

 

  1. 如送漏或送錯食物,顧客須於6小時內上傳照片及遺留食物內容,本公司會於7個工作天作出賠償,賠償方式將有專人與顧客商議,包括改期再送、優惠劵或銀行過數形式進行。

 

Refund and Return Policy

Ordering and refunds policies for Mr.MIX Catering’s delivery service:

 

Please carefully read the following terms before using Mr.MIX Catering’s delivery service. By using our services or purchasing any products through our company, you automatically agree to all the terms. If you have any questions or disagreements regarding the terms, please contact our staff.

 

  1. Customers must collect the food at the delivery location within half an hour before or after the specified arrival time; otherwise, the driver may charge additional waiting fees according to the situation or return the food to our company. We do not accept any rescheduling, remake catering food, nor provide refunds in this case.

 

  1. In any special circumstances (with written consent from our company) where an event cannot proceed according to the original plan and schedule, please notify us at least 7 working days before the catering date. The paid fees can be kept for 3 months for future orders, after which they will be forfeited. All payments made are non-refundable.
  2. Regarding adverse weather arrangements, “adverse weather” refers to the issuance of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, the issuance of Black Rainstorm Warning, or other visible or foreseeable weather conditions that hinder food preparation and delivery. In adverse weather conditions, we will suspend delivery services, and customers can reschedule their catering orders once, which must be used within 6 months; otherwise, it will be forfeited.

 

  1. In the event of missing or incorrect food delivery, customers must upload photos and details of the leftover food within 6 hours. Our company will compensate within 7 working days, and the compensation method will be discussed with the customer by a dedicated representative, which may include rescheduling delivery, offering vouchers, or providing a bank transfer.
