條款及細則

請閣下於使用Mr.MIX Catering半唐番到會服務前仔細閱讀以下條款。若閣下使用本公司服務或透過本公司購買任何產品，均自動代表閣下已同意所有條款。若閣下對條款有任何疑問或不同意之處，請向本公司職員查詢。

 

有關到會訂購服務:

  1. 所有圖片只供參考，食品顏色、大小、重量及形狀均以送貨時的實物為準。
  2. 本公司會盡力確保記載於網站內的產品價格、細節及大小均屬正確，但本公司保留更改價格及其他產品細節的最終決定權，毋需事先通知。
  3. 閣下必需於確認訂單時提供真實、準確及齊全的送貨資料。訂單一經確認，均不能作出任何更改及退款。惟下單後需對送貨資料 ( 並不包括食物餐單及件數 ) 作補充或更改，需於送貨日不少於3個工作天前以電話及電郵聯絡本公司，否則一切更改恕不受理。本公司不會就客人送貨資料錯誤而作出任何賠償。
  4. 本公司會盡力保證到會準時送遞，惟閣下需承擔到會於運送時實際路面狀況、突發事故而令到會延遲的風險（自取到會除外）。
  5. 除非特別列明，本公司所供應之物品亦包括甲殼類動物、蛋類、魚類、花生、奶類及堅果製品。如閣下需要清真食物、純素類食物或特殊要求，請以電話及電郵聯絡本公司的到會顧問查詢。
  6. 本公司只會送貨至港島、九龍和新界及網站指定的某些離島地區，服務範圍會不定期修訂。某些指定離島地區可能額外收取附加費及運費，詳情請以電話及電郵聯絡本公司。本公司並無聲明可以送貨至香港特別行政區所有地點。一經按單送貨及正式付款，所有訂單均應視作完成，亦代表閣下承擔所引致的風險。
  7. 本公司不能保證所售賣或供應之物品不含來自動物、果實或其他過敏原之材料。而且在貯存或製作過程中，前述物品或會存在沾染含有此等原材料之一定風險。儘管本公司將竭力照顧不同顧客的特定飲食要求，惟不能保證可滿足此類要求。
  8. 本公司保留所有優惠及推廣使用之最終決定權。

Terms and Conditions

Please carefully read the following terms before using Mr.MIX Catering’s delivery service. By using our services or purchasing any products through our company, you automatically agree to all the terms. If you have any questions or disagreements regarding the terms, please contact our staff.

 

Regarding catering orders:

 

  1. All images are for reference only; food colors, sizes, weights, and shapes are based on the actual items delivered.
  2. We will make every effort to ensure that the prices, details, and sizes of products listed on the website are correct. However, we reserve the right to change prices and other product details without prior notice.
  3. Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery information when confirming your order. Once an order is confirmed, no changes or refunds can be made. However, if you need to supplement or change delivery information (excluding food menus and quantities) after placing an order, you must contact us by phone and email at least 3 working days before the delivery date; otherwise, all changes will not be accepted. We will not compensate for any errors in customer delivery information.

 

  1. We will do our best to ensure timely delivery; however, you assume the risk of delays in delivery due to actual road conditions and unforeseen circumstances during delivery (except for self-pickup catering).
  2. Unless specified, our items might include shellfish, eggs, fish, peanuts, dairy products, and nut products. If you require Halal food, vegan food, or have special requests, please contact our catering consultant by phone and email.
  3. We only deliver to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, and certain outlying islands designated on our website. The service area is subject to periodic revisions. Additional fees and delivery charges may apply to certain designated outlying islands; please contact us by phone and email for details. We do not claim to deliver to all locations in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Once delivery is made and payment is completed, all orders are considered fulfilled, and you assume the associated risks.
  4. We cannot guarantee that the items sold or supplied do not contain materials derived from animals, fruits, or other allergens. Additionally, there is a risk of contamination with such materials during storage or preparation. While we strive to accommodate different customers’ specific dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee that we can meet such requests.
  5. We reserve the right to make all final decisions regarding promotions and offers.
